– Minimum 20 years’ experience
– Experience in Residential projects
– Good knowledge of materials, techniques and innovations
– Strong design and technical skills
– Experience in design and delivery, from concept to package detail and construction
– Proven ability leading projects/project team
– Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills
– Rigor, organization
– Good writing and communication English skills
– Knowledge in Revit
