MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support for all the day-to-day activities of the Almancil showroom;
• Sales Support;
• Support for all Almancil showroom projects/ proposals: ID projects, kitchens and bathrooms, quotations, detailing for the construction (Sales);
• Receive and welcome clients, gauging potential and needs, monitoring at all stages of the proposals (Sales);
• Responsible for the good image and presentation of the showroom;
• Support for international projects (ASPA): ID projects, detailing for the construction, coordination of project implementation on site, in loco; follow-up supplier’s production and deliveries; export support;
• Follow-up and monitoring works;
• Other tasks as directed;
Qualifications:
• Integrated Master degree in Architecture;
Experience:
• 2 to 3 years or more of previous experience in a similar role/industry;
Skills:
• Sales;
• ID projects, Detailing for construction;
• Displayed in multi-cultural work environment;
• Working towards a multidisciplinary architecture and interior design (Auto Cad and Revit, Photoshop and CorelDraw, MS Office, Project Manager, etc.);
• Excellent verbal and written communication, Portuguese and English;
• Organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Project Support and sales support;
• Deal with clients, suppliers and other employees professionally at all times;
• Complete all tasks on time.
