About this role:
De Rosee Sa are currently seeking a highly motivated, design orientated Project Architect for our Lisbon Office. This is an exciting role that will allow you to work on a mixture of residential, hospitality and development projects.
De Rosee Sa are an award-winning, architectural and interior design-based company with our head office based in West London, United Kingdom. Established in 2007 by directors Max de Rosee and Claire Sa, the practice has built a reputation for designing imaginative and well considered schemes spanning the residential, educational, retail and community sectors.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate the day to day running of projects.
• Liaise confidently with local consultants, building contractors and authorities.
• Extensive collaboration of design ideas and continuing to develop the practice’s imaginative ethos.
Skills and experience:
• Qualified architect with a minimum 5 years post qualification experience in Portugal.
• Strong job-running experience, preferably in residential and hospitality sectors.
• Fluency in written and spoken Portuguese and English is essential.
• Excellent working knowledge in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Creative Suite and Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrable experience in technical detailing.
• Excellent time management skills, and an ability to manage conflicting or multiple deadlines
• Demonstrable experience handling planning applications and detailed knowledge of local planning authorities.
Salary commensurate with experience.
