Q.ARCH is looking for a Full-Time Project Architect to join its team in Porto, Portugal. S/He will lead the company’s newly confirmed projects. This position reports to Harry Wolf and Senior Architect Maria Vasconcelos.

Led by award-winning architect, Harry C. Wolf, Q.ARCH is an architectural firm responsible for the architecture and interiors of Qualive Real Estate’s development projects, as well as design
consultation for projects in collaboration with Qualive Real Estate Development. The role of Q.ARCH is to actualize Qualive’s ambitions of social and environmental responsibility, aesthetic excellence, and economic value, through the creation of spaces that are at once thoughtfully conceived, finely designed, and intelligently engineered.

Qualive Real Estate, the parent company of Q.ARCH, is a design-driven boutique real estate developer. The company is headquartered in Porto, with projects in Portugal and China.

We’re looking for:
• a creative person with strong graphic, organizational, and communication skills

• a confident decision-maker and risk-taker

Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in architecture
• 3-5 years of experience with an architecture firm
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
• Experience working with project teams from design throughconstruction
• Working proficiency in Portuguese and English
