Company Description
Didactic Legacy Lda is the Portuguese subsidiary of Luxury Living Developments, a leading real estate players in the UK. As part of LLD’s internationalisation effort, we are seeking to employ a senior architect to help conducting a number of medium scale projects in and around Lisbon.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Architect with Didactic legacy Lda. The Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of a variety of architectural projects. The role is located in Lisbon, but some remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited Portuguese institution
- Professional Architectural licensure
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, drafting, and oversight
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant BIM software packages
- Experience with sustainable design and green building practices preferred
- Experience with project management and construction administration preferred
Earnings
- Variable based on experience but significantly above market average
- Employment package paid by the UK based organisation (Luxury Living Developments)
