We are focused on helping successful developers and companies monetize their investments and strengthen their brand identity. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participation and autonomy in the preparation and elaboration of architectural projects in all their phases and stages;
- Coordination and management of consultants, clients, contractors and regulatory agencies;
- Good conceptual and design skills;
- Ability to assist with the management of team members;
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture;
- More than 7 years’ experience in the preparation of architectural studies and projects;
- Experienced in technical construction drawing/documents and detail drawing is a must;
- Experience in team and project coordination;
- Knowledge and practice of architectural software, namely REVIT (BIM) in all project phases and stages;
- Good communication skills and fluency in English and Portuguese (both spoken and written)
- Strong organizational, creative and presentation skill;
