NUUMstudio

nuumstudio is a creative studio, founded by 2 architects, Wojciech Hydzik and Claudia Barros Alves. We are based in Funchal, on the Portuguese island of Madeira. We’ve been active as nuumstudio for 3 years, and prior to this we worked as architects in London for 6 years or so.

The studio functions as a design focused environment, utilizing our knowledge of advanced computational design tools and design creativity as the foundation of our work. Our portfolio and skills are focused on individual product designs to large urban scale projects, and span across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

At nuumstudio, our services span across Architectural Design, 3D Modelling, Visualization and Professional 3D Printing. We are also committed to teaching our profession to students and young professionals, and often provide workshops in Funchal, Lisbon and Porto, and recently have been teaching modules at the University of Madeira.
