A D-HIVE começou a colaboração ainda antes da fase de construção para apoiarmos na definição de alguns aspectos estéticos e técnicos deste condomínio exlusivo às portas de Lisboa, Portugal.

Com as nossas soluções e acompanhamento o cliente teve a possibilidade de verificar virtualmente o desenvolvimento das habitações ao longo das inclinações naturais do terreno e analisar as zonas de sombreamento nos espaços exteriores ao longo do dia. Adicionalmente, os materiais foram também definidos através de uma série de testes virtuais que realizámos, o que permitiu validarem a combinação pretendida e ver de que forma a repetição de elementos funcionaria com o ambiente envolvente.

Todo o trabalho paisagista foi elaborado de acordo com a escolha do cliente, e através do nosso know-how interno e ferramentas, participámos ainda no desenho da zona da piscina e pátios internos para ir de encontro com a visão do cliente.

With our solutions, it was possible for the client to see the development of the houses along the terrain’s natural hill and predict how the shading occurs on each balcony throughout the day. In addition, the materials were also defined thanks to a series of virtual tests, which allowed them to see how the combination would work on a repetitive scenario and with the surrounding environment.
