Palmira 44

No “melting pot” de Lisboa, junto à Avenida Almirante Reis, Palmira 44 é a remodelação de um edifício de habitação. A intervenção pretende restituir a fachada à sua imagem original após várias intervenções estéticas ao longo dos anos. O logradouro tardoz que antes era ocupado por uma garagem é agora um espaço de vivência com a criação de terraços e espaços ajardinados, para usufruto das frações térreas do edifício principal como das duas frações novas na extremidade do logradouro.

 

In the “melting pot” of Lisbon, next to Avenida Almirante Reis, Palmira 44 is the refurbishment of a residential building. The intervention aims to restore the facade to its original image after several aesthetic interventions over the years. The back patio that was occupied by a garage is now a living space with the creation of terraces and garden spaces, for usufruct of the ground fractions of the main building as well as the two new fractions at the end of the lot.
