In this remodel of the Peach Fuzz Living Area, we altered the apartment’s original layout, by demolishing the wall separating the kitchen from the living room, creating a spacious open-plan area with a modern kitchen and a functional island, seamlessly connecting the living and dining areas. We also optimized spaces to include discreet pantry and laundry areas, keeping the environment clean and organized.
The living room gained a special touch with a cozy banquette, serving both as a dining area and as extra storage—ideal for the two-bedroom apartment. To unify the space, we installed high shelves running along the living area, integrating the colors of the kitchen, which was finished in “peach fuzz,” the color of 2024.
The final touch was the addition of the young couple’s vintage turquoise armchair, which fit perfectly within the color scheme, creating a cozy and modern atmosphere.
Nesta remodelação da área social Peach Fuzz Living Area, alteramos o layout original do apartamento. Demolimos a parede que separava a cozinha da sala, criando um amplo espaço open space com uma cozinha moderna, uma ilha funcional em conjunto com a área de estar e de jantar. Conseguimos, ainda, otimizar áreas para incluir uma despensa e uma lavanderia discretas, mantendo o ambiente limpo e organizado.
A sala ganhou um toque especial com um confortável canto alemão, que serve tanto como sala de jantar quanto como solução de armazenamento extra, ideal para o apartamento de dois quartos. Para harmonizar todo o ambiente, instalamos prateleiras altas que percorrem a sala, integrando as cores da cozinha, que foi revestida em tons de “peach fuzz”, a cor de 2024.
O toque final foi a inclusão da poltrona vintage turquesa do jovem casal, que se encaixou perfeitamente no esquema de cores, criando um ambiente acolhedor e moderno.
