O Régia Douro Park- Parque de Ciência e Tecnologia, processo iniciado em 2009 e conclusão da obra em 2015 situa-se em Andrães Vila Real – Portugal. O terreno alvodo Loteamento tem uma área total de 98 940m2,com desenvolvimento Norte/Sul ladeado a poente pela A24, a nascente pela E.M que liga o cruzamento para Mosteirô a Andrães, a Norte pela E.M. que liga o Nó da A24 a Andrães e a Sul pela E.N.318-1 que liga Vila Real á Régua. A partir do nó da A24 o RDP interliga-se com o Parque Industrial de Constantim, Aeródromo e Campus da UTAD.

Ed Incubadora Empresas

O edifício da Incubadora de empresas implantado perpendicularmente ao Ed Sede liga-se a este pela galeria exterior configurando o limite Nordeste da Praça Central. O Ed alberga espaços modulares polivalentes para trabalho individual ou partilhado.

the localization

The Régia Douro Park – Science and Technology Park, a process started in 2009 and completion of the project in 2015 is located in Andraes Vila Real – Portugal. The target area of the Loteamento has a total area of 98 940m2, with North / South development flanked by the west by the A24, the source by the EM that connects the crossing to Mosteirô to Andrães, to the North by the EM that connects the Node of the A24 to Andrães and to the South by the EN318-1 that connects Vila Real to Régua. From the node of the A24 the RDP interconnects with the Industrial Park of Constantine, Aerodrome and Campus of the UTAD.

Ed Business Incubator

The building of the Incubator of companies implanted perpendicular to Ed Sede is connected to this one by the outer gallery configuring the Northeast limit of the Central Square. Ed houses multipurpose modular spaces for individual or shared work.
