Paços da Prelada

In the context of a transition between a strong economic crisis and the renewed investment in real estate in Portugal, the “Paços da Prelada” was a huge challenge.

 

With fifty-two apartments, with typologies from T1 to T3, it was a successful solution, where contemporary architecture with attractive and dynamic features was adapted to the current requirements of comfort.

 

This project will mark the development of a new residential area of reference in the city of Porto and will certainly be a commercial success.

 

This building was the first one to be completed of a greater complex of four.
